Founded in1964, Central Reserve Life became a part of the GASBG family in 2006. CRL is licensed to sell products in AL, AZ, AR, CO, DE, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI and WY.

Continental General Insurance Company (CGI)
Marketing insurance products since 1961, CGI became a part of the GASBG family in 2006. CGI is licensed to sell products in 48 states and the District of Columbia. CGI does not market in New Hampshire and New York.

Great American Life Insurance Company^® (GALIC)
GALIC dates back to 1872 when the German American Insurance Company was founded. In 1918, the Company changed its name to Great American Insurance Company and in 1959 became Great American Life Insurance Company^®. GALIC has an A.M. Best rating of "A (Excellent); Outlook Stable."¹ Great American Life is licensed to sell products in all states (except New York), the District of Columbia, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam.

Loyal American Life Insurance Company^® (LALIC)
LALIC was founded in 1955 in Mobile, AL and has an A.M. Best rating of "A (Excellent); Outlook Stable."¹ Loyal American Life is licensed to underwrite insurance products for sale in all states (except New York), the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Provident American Life & Health Insurance Company (PALHIC)
PALHIC became a part of the GASBG family in 2006. PALHIC is licensed to sell products in AK, AZ, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, MO, MS, MT, NE, NV, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TX, UT, VT, WI, WV and WY.

United Teacher Associates Insurance Company (UTA)
Founded in 1958, UTA is rated "A- (Excellent); Outlook: Stable" by A.M. Best.² UTA is licensed in 46 states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. UTA does not market in New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, or Vermont.
